This session will present an overview of the legislative efforts to develop a comprehensive federal regulatory framework for AI in healthcare as well as how AI/ML fits throughout the Total Product Life Cycle, its impact on business, the legal risks, regulatory scrutiny and evolving global regulations, company preparedness, and current FDA activity to manage AI/ML.
