You will receive a confirmation after successfully submitting your registration. Email registration at support@raps.org if you have not received the email confirmation. Registration received without payment will not be processed.
All requests for cancellations must be received in writing at support@raps.org by 11:59 pm ET on Thursday, October 16, 2025 and are subject to an assessment fee according to the schedule below:
- Requests received by Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 11:59 pm EDT will be assessed a 20% fee.
- Cancellations received after Thursday, October 16, 2025 will be non-refundable, except in cases of documented medical emergencies.
- Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
Replacement of a registered attendee by a business colleague/co-worker with the same membership status will be accepted. Substitutions must be submitted in writing to support@raps.org.

As regulatory professionals, we have the professional and ethical responsibility to maintain the highest professional conduct standards and embody the Code of Ethics in our words, actions, and deeds. Consequences for unacceptable behavior may include dismissal from the event.
AFDO/RAPS Healthcare Products Collaborative has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of discrimination or harassment, including but not limited to sexual harassment by participants or our staff at our meetings.
If you witness unacceptable behavior, please contact our staff as soon as possible, either in person or by completing the anonymous form:
Unacceptable Behavior is defined as:
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.
- Verbal abuse of any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, AFDO/RAPS Healthcare Products Collaborative staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest.
- Examples of verbal abuse include but are not limited to, verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, national origin, inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces or in presentations, or threatening or stalking any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, RAPS staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest.
- Disruption of presentations, or networking events. Presentations, postings, and messages should not contain promotional materials, special offers, job offers, product announcements, or solicitations for services. AFDO/RAPS Healthcare Products Collaborative reserves the right to remove such messages and potentially ban sources of those solicitations.
- Participants should not copy or take screenshots of Q&A or any chat room activity that takes place in person or virtually.

- AFDO/RAPS Healthcare Products Collaborative will continue to provide a community that focuses on developing and sustaining a competent global regulatory workforce that drives exceptional regulatory practice and policy to advance public health.

The AFDO/RAPS Healthcare Products Collaborative has initiated a be-well policy, with consent required during the registration process. This includes the stipulation that if you feel sick or are experiencing COVID-like symptoms prior to traveling or while onsite at Summit, you will reconsider your participation at the event.
By registering for this event, you grant full permission to AFDO/RAPS Healthcare Products Collaborative to capture, store, use, and/or reproduce your image or likeness, photograph, voice, and comments, and use such content in all media or forms by AFDO/RAPS Healthcare Products Collaborative or third parties without compensation or notice, including for promotional or advertising purposes. You also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the images, recordings, or materials. By registering, you release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AFDO/RAPS Healthcare Products Collaborative from and against any claims, damages, or liability arising from or related to the use of the images, recordings, or materials, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or rights of publicity or copyright infringement, or any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form that may occur or be produced in taking, processing, reduction, or production of the finished product, its publication, or distribution.
By registering for this event, I provide consent that my profile will be stored with AFDO/RAPS Healthcare Products Collaborative and shared with processors for the purpose of doing business with AFDO/RAPS Healthcare Products Collaborative, RAPS, and AFDO. I consent to receiving announcements from RAPS and that I can opt out at any time by contacting RAPS.
I am aware that my name and mailing address will be provided to event exhibitors, and company and title may be shared with speakers, and that I may opt out of communications with them at any time by contacting them directly.

AFDO/RAPS Healthcare Products Collaborative reserves the right to cancel any conference at its sole discretion, whereupon all registration fees will be refunded within seven business days. AFDO/RAPS Healthcare Products Collaborative is not responsible for any costs due to a cancellation, including travel and lodging.
