John Weiner is Associate Director for Policy at FDA's Office of Combination Products, overseeing therapeutic product classification and regulation. Previously, as Associate Chief Counsel in FDA's Office of Chief Counsel, he advised on drug regulation and emerging technologies. Before FDA, he practiced food and drug, environmental, and trade law. He holds degrees from Princeton and Columbia Law School.
