Shannon Hoste, formerly worked as Team Lead for Human Factors in FDA’s Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) and as reviewer within the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER), Division of Medication Error Prevention and Analysis (DMEPA). In addition to her four years at the FDA, Hoste also has 20+ years of industry experience, working for several global medical device, IVD and combination product companies as in R&D as a Quality Engineer, Manager and Director. Hoste holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering an M.S. in Management, and an M.S. in Cognitive Systems Engineering.
